Summary

I was given the opportunity to extend Equitus' core brand into its subsidiary company that deals solely with National Security. The objective was to create a user-friendly website, brand identity cohesive to the core brand, and have clear communication throughout all digital presences. The top priority was to deliver NSG’s message impactfully with clear design language, so that the visitors would be able to understand some of the technical language describing complex concepts of the product.

How might we build a strong design system with effective and impactful language and visuals to speak to potential clients in the national security sector and encourages them to learn more information about Equitus solutions?

Key Strategies

1. Content Optimization:
Develop a robust content strategy that educates and informs the target audience about the benefits of cloud technology. Implement a variety of content formats, including infographics, videos, testimonials, and blog posts, to cater to different audience preferences.
2. Audience Targeting:
Utilize data analytics and social media insights to identify and target specific demographics interested in solar energy, emphasizing companies in the defense industry. Implement geo-targeted advertising campaigns to reach potential customers in the company's service area.
3. Engagement and Interaction:
Foster a sense of community by actively engaging with the audience through comments, messages, and shares. Conduct Q&A sessions, polls, and live sessions to address common queries, building a transparent and trustworthy brand image.
4. Customer Testimonials:
Showcase success stories and customer testimonials to build trust and provide social proof of the company's expertise and customer satisfaction. Encourage satisfied customers to share their experiences on social media platforms.
